What if my business or contact details change after receiving my digital card?
The great thing about virtual cards is that you can log into the ORA ID dashboard or app and update any business or contact details within seconds. There is no limit to the number of times you can change your information.
How soon can I receive my digital business card?
ORA ID will process your order within two business days of payment verification. Once we process your order, it should arrive between 7 and 10 business days. If, for some reason, there is a delay, one of our helpful customer service representatives will contact you for more information.
Do I need a QR code generator?
No! We will generate a unique QR code for you to be placed on your card. We print the QR codes on business cards for you so people without NFC-enabled mobile devices can still access your information in seconds.
How many mobile devices have NFC technology?

How do I make a virtual business card?
With ORA ID, each employee order includes two digital cards. After they arrive, you can access the dashboard to customise the contact details. From there, you only need to tap the card against a person’s device to transmit information while networking.
